From the founder

Steven Sadder co-founded Skateboard Salad in 2022 to help pros and newbies alike navigate through the maze that is the world of skateboarding.

I’m Steve, a proud New Yorker with over 20 years of skating experience. While I may have been skating for a while, I’m still a newbie in transitions and more advanced moves. Skateboard Salad is a repository where I can document my experience landing new tricks and learning random stuff about skateboarding. Skateboarding began in my teenage years and quickly morphed into more than just a pastime—it became a channel for expressing freedom and creativity. Over the years, I’ve learned a ton, nailed countless tricks, and, above all, realized the value of passing the torch of knowledge to budding skateboarders. Now, Skateboard Salad is my platform to do just that. I hope you’ll find my little website indispensable on your skateboarding journey.
